for larger version       NYS Department of Labor Recruiting Apprentices The Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee for Construction and General Building Laborers, Local 79, will be accepting applications from February 25 through February 27 to fill spots for 250 skilled construction craft laborer apprenticeships. Applications are available at the Mason Tenders Training Fund located at 42-53 21 Street in Long Island City from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. from February 25-27. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or general equivalency diploma.
