Triple Success For Belle Harbor Family

Daniel, Joseph (center), and Rebecca Solomon stand proud outside their Belle Harbor home when they learned last week they were accepted into some of the city's best schools.
A set of triplets from Belle Harbor have all been accepted into various specialized city high schools, which only take in the best 8 th grade students throughout New York City.

The students, Rebecca, Daniel, and Joseph Solomon, 13, are included in the slim specialized school acceptance class of 5,600 students. Many aboveaverage students fail to get in because of the limited openings; however the Solomon family managed the feat three times.

Rebecca was accepted to Brooklyn Tech and Leon M. Goldstein High School for the Sciences, and her two brothers both got into Stuyvesant.

The triplets all attend Scholars Academy together and have yet to make their minds about what schools they would be attending.
