I lay awake at nite
Thinking of you
I see your face
So sad, so beautiful
I know you miss me too!
No sleep can I get
You see my love
I can't forget
The little time we are together
Are the only memories I have
I can't forget
Every moment we have is a journey
Beyond belief -
I see the sun shining on you
Your radiant with a glow
How happy you are - I know,
Sleep, when it comes, closes around
me
Like your embrace - I smile thinking
of you - at last I sleep - awaiting
To wake, so I can think of you again!
