Burns was born in Brooklyn. He was a student at PS/MS 183, where he was enrolled in the Aster Program. He is survived by his parents, Paul S. Mack and Tina N. Holman; grandmother, Juanita Lewis; and brothers, Marcus and Robert Burns Jr., Kobe, Paul Jr., Malachi, and Noah Mack.
Funeral arrangements and services were entrusted to the Denis S. O'Connor Funeral Home. Interment was at the Forest Lawn Cemetery, in Morganville, New Jersey.
