Mamie Fazio, a three and one-halfyear Rockaway resident, coming from Manhattan, died January 23.

Fazio was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Fazio.

She is survived by her son, Salvator (Camille); daughter, Kathleen; sister, Josephine Polizzotto; and grandchildren, Anthony and Janine Fazio.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Denis S. O'Connor Funeral Home, with visitation to be held on Saturday, January 26, from 2-5 p.m. All other arrangements were kept private.
