for larger version       Suggestion for Beach 116 Street I have to give a star to the gentleman for his plan for a parking garage, except for one thing. I would just put it where the municipal parking lot is located. It is a great idea and great reason for having a parking garage. I would like to add an idea - make the owners of the properties along Beach 116 Street take care of painting and other repairs necessary to give a clean look - remove all advertising and both signs from the windows - and then have to keep those windows clean by washing them! On the bayside of Beach Channel Drive, have a new surface on the stores - just an example. Some are trying so hard to spruce up their shops and they deserve a pat on the back.
