Mohr, a stationary engineer, was born in Bay Ridge on July 3, 1951. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1969 to 1973. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Grace Mohr. Mohr is survived by his wife Eileen Simmons Mohr; sons, Richard, Patrick, and Jack; brother, Steven; sisters, Donna Welsh and Doreen Scheffler.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Hanley Funeral Home in Staten Island.
