First Rockaway Baby of 2008 - It's a Girl

The first baby of the New Year born at St. John's Episcopal Hospital was Ty'anna Winslow. She entered the world on Wednesday, January 2, at 4:45 a.m. Ty'anna weighed 5 pounds, 9 ounces and measured 18 and one-half inches. Her proud parents are Far Rockaway residents, Elisa Reyes and Tyrice Winslow. As the first baby born at St. John's in 2008, Ty'anna received a bouquet of flowers and a gift basket filled with baby items.
