Brooklyn Aces Home Cooking Powers Win Over Hudson Valley
The Brooklyn Aces lit up the scoreboard at the Aviator Arena last Friday night by defeating the Hudson valley bears, 11-3. Though the Aces lost the next night to the New Jersey Rockhoppers, 5-4, Brooklyn remains in first place with a 10-2-0 record in the Eastern Professional Hockey League. Photos by Howard Schwach. The Aces did get good news when forward Tony Resendes was named the Eastern Professional Hockey League Player of the Week after scoring three goals and two assists in two games. The Aces return to the Aviator Arena to take on New Jersey on Saturday night at 7:30 p.m. Brooklyn will also play on Tuesday, December 23 at home against Danbury.
