St. Rose Girls Win

The St. Rose of Lima Pee Wee girls' basketball team had an exciting weekend as they claimed a 9-6 victory over Our Lady of Hope on Sunday afternoon.

Johanna Murdoch scored the first two points for St. Rose in the first quarter. Sam Martinez made a layup, followed by two free throws by Molly Day. Mrudoch scored another basket and in the fourth quarter, Sam Williams made a free throw. Alexandra Aliviado, Taylor Flowers and Julia Ornatowski played great defense. Grace Collins didn't play because of a broken wrist and Andrea Sanderson was out sick. St. Rose of Lima won their second game of the season in the CYO Pee Wee Girls Division.
