Doggone It, It's Halloween Again At The Rockaway Dog Park

There were bumble bees, a spider, a lobster, a headless horseman and even a football hero as local dogs came dressed to celebrate at the third annual "It's My Bark Halloween Party" last Saturday at the Freeway Dog Park on Beach 83 Street. Arf Arf (Allied Rockaway Foundation for Animal Recreation and Fitness) and the Department of Parks and Recreation sponsored the event, which awarded prizes for best costumes for both small and large dogs.
