Contractor Leaves Mott Creek Roads Unfinished
      A contractor has been fined and issued three summonses after an inspection by the Department of Environmental Protection found that roads in the Mott Creek area of Far Rockaway, which the contractor was mandated to repair, were left unfinished following being torn up to install new sewers.
