At far right bottom row is Jeanne Dupont, Executive Director of RWA and organizer of the Rockaway Waterfront Alliance and Transportation Alternatives held their Second Annual Fall Bike Tour on October 18. The group traveled from Astoria to the western tip of the Rockaway Peninsula. Transportation Alternatives' Emilia Crotty led the group from Astoria through Brooklyn to Rockaway. The Wave's own Vivian Carter brought bikers on a historical tour of Fort Tilden and Battery Harris East for a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean.
