Foggy Day Cruise On Jamaica Bay

About 100 people enjoyed a sunset cruise on Jamaica Bay, hosted by the American Littoral Society. Local naturalists Mickey Cohen and Don Riepe were on hand to talk about the ecology, management and wildlife of Jamaica Bay. Participants enjoyed calm waters, a setting sun, and a great view of the Marine Park Bridge, which connects Queens and Brooklyn at the mouth of Jamaica Bay.
