Dear Editor, Your Beachcomber article from 9/26/08 had misinformation. Anyone who adopted a pet from the Rockaway Music and Arts Council (RMAC) fall festival should first be applauded for adopting a rescue animal. North Shore Animal League (NSAL) had all of their animals on Saturday and half of the animals on Sunday. More ... Dear Editor, I am very troubled by the comments of letter-writer Daniel Solomon in last week's Wave. From the tenor of Mr. Solomon's remarks, not his political commentary, but his personal attacks, it seems to me he's become a bit poisoned by politics and seems to me he's losing his general sense of humanity.
