Grant The Seavon Occupancy Rights

The following letter was sent to Mayor Michael Bloomberg. Dear Editor,

As a longtime resident of Rockaway Park, I wish to bring to your attention a fantastic new building, "The Seavon," that went up on the boardwalk and Beach 119 Street. A savvy, world-traveled contractor had brought the Riviera to Queens. His style and insight created a gorgeous and modern building with all the amenities. There is a washer/dryer in each apartment; a pool on the roof; and in the garage, a parking spot for every apartment. It is truly a fantastic example of architectural and engineering genius.

I appeal to your sense of "moving forward" and modernization, to look into the matter of the City not granting this builder occupancy rights. I do not know the facts surrounding this case. Please look into this and let us all move ahead to granting the rights and accolades to The Seavon. What an inspiration the vision of this building is for the glory of New York City.
