Marilyn Anderson, a 20-year Rockaway resident, coming from Brooklyn, died July 20. Anderson, a patient account clerk, was born in Manhattan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard. Anderson is survived by her sons, Gary (Karen) and Howard Jr. (Sue); daughter, Karen (Joseph) Percoco; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. More ... Henry Childs Jr., a former Rockaway pastor, died April 20. Childs was born in Brooklyn on June 18, 1917. He graduated from Yale University and Yale Divinity School, and was ordained in 1944.
