'IS 53 Survivors Club' Meets For Lunch At Lawrence


A group of retired teachers, who once walked the halls of the Brian Piccolo Intermediate School (IS 53) in Far Rockaway, got together last week for their semi-annual "Survivors Club" meeting. Many of the teachers at the luncheon, which was held once again at the Lawrence Country Club on June 17, taught at the school for twenty years or more.
