Fishing Clean-Up Highlights Father's Day Tournament

Not many fish were able to be caught due to the varying conditions in the waters of Beach 38 Street. But those who attended the First Annual Bay Rats Father’s Day Fishing Tournament on Father’s Day, were able to eat, drink and most importantly, have fun. The Bay Rats Fishing Club is a non-profit organization whose intent is also to clean up the strip on Beach 38 Street and Norton Avenue for fishing use. While volunteers were able to clean the strip, kids enjoyed the jungle gym, rode horses, and entertainment was provided by musician rapper Young LJ.
