Far Rockaway Youth Court Honors Graduates


The Far Rockaway Youth Court graduated 37 teens on Tuesday, June 10, in its first annual graduation ceremony. The Youth Court is a community-based initiative that trains teenagers, ages 14-18, to serve as jurors, judges and attorneys in the court. The court hears actual low-level crime cases involving their peers, who are 10-18 years-of-age.
