Floyd Bennett Field to Host 'Gateway to Nations'

The Red Hawk Native American Arts Council presents "Gateway to Nations," a Native American Heritage Celebration. This weekend Floyd Bennett Field will become the largest Native American Community in New York. The event will be open to the public from Friday, June 6, 2008 to Sunday, June 8, 2008, operating on Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

For three days more than 1,000 artists, performers and educators from across the Americas will demonstrate the finest in Native American song, dance, drumming, food, arts and crafts.
