The Best Physical Therapy Center In Town
Dear Editor, I recently had the pleasure of coming under the care of Timothy Rohrs, PT, DPT and his wonderful staff at Sands Point Physical Therapy Center located at 2-30 Beach 102 Street, Rockaway Park. I just had to write to let my friends, neighbors and potential patients know how professional and caring this facility is.

25 x 6 = Discontinued
Dear Editor, I enjoyed your article last week about the 25 riders on the early run. It really is a great ride and a pleasant alternative to every other way of getting into Manhattan. That is why it is so frustrating that it will be dead soon. Twenty-five riders at $6 each won't pay for the ferry's gas.

The Future Of Beach 116 Street
Dear Editor, Will the history of Beach 116 Street repeat itself when the developers of these high-risers with stores and shopping arcades beneath them come to pass? Those of us who have lived a lifetime in Rockaway know how we had great stores on Beach 116 Street and the shopping village in Far Rockaway.

A 'Litter'To The Editor
Dear Editor, Let's face it: the beach at Beach 116 Street will always be a mess at the end of a crowded summer day. Too many visitors seem to think the sand is one giant litter basket, there for their casually discarded cans, bottles, wrappers and leftover food.

Thank You To Transit Police
Dear Editor, I am writing to compliment the professionalism, courtesy and kindness of the NYC Transit Police stationed in the Waldbaum's parking lot. On Friday evening, my husband and I went food shopping at the supermarket. We parked in the handicapped parking, placing my handicapped tag on the visor. When we returned to the car we discovered that the tag had been stolen.
