James Clark, a 21-year Rockaway resident, died May 20. He was 64. Clark was born in Rockaway Beach on March 22, 1944. He was a member of St. Francis de Sales Church. Williams was born in Jamaica, West Indies on April 3, 1956. She worked at Agata Valentino restaurant in Manhattan for six years.
