Bungalow Love Ends In Stabbing Death
      A lovers' quarrel turned deadly this week when a Rockaway Beach woman fatally stabbed her boyfriend with a steak knife, police say. The victim, identified by police as Anthony Nicholas, 43, was allegedly stabbed several times in his chest by his longtime girlfriend Natasha Brown, 35, inside their bungalow home at 300 Beach 88 Street on Saturday afternoon, May 10.

Recover Drugs And Money
      Officers of the 101 Precinct Anticrime Team, a three-person team that operates on patrol but in civilian clothing, have arrested a Brookhaven Avenue man for possession of cocaine that police say weighed more than a half-ounce. In addition, the crime team s recovered nearly $10,000 in cash, police sources told The Wave this week.

New Affordable Housing Coming To Far Rockaway
      Demolition has begun for the construction of seven new two-family affordable homes in the Far Rockaway area, The Wave learned last week. The non-profit Community Preservation Corporation (CPC) has provided a $2.26 million loan for the building of homes that will include a three-bedroom duplex owner's unit and a onebedroom rental unit projected to rent at $1,075.
