Total Mind & Body Fitness Program

Seniors in Shape's spring 2008 Total Mind & Body Fitness program will run from April 7 to June 21, on Mondays and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

The program includes tap dancing, red hot ballroom, chair yoga, ultimate workout and many other activities.

The classes will be held at Aviator Sports & Recreation, Hanger 5 at Floyd Bennett Field. Anyone 55 years of age or older are encouraged to participate.
