St.Camillus 7th Grade Boys' Basketball Grabs Two Victories

On Saturday, January 26, the St Camillus Rookie Boys hosted visiting Holy Child in a CYO basketball game at home. The St. Camillus boys came away with a lopsided 41-13 win. Sean O'Connell led the offense with 11 points. Tristan Nevirs scored 10 points and Titus Stewart had 8 points. Wayde Neblett contributed 6 points and Keon Delacruz, Dennis Nee and James Carricato each had 2 pts in the victory.

On Sunday, January 27, the team traveled to Brooklyn to face Hebrew Educational Society in the Interparish Basketball League. St. Camillus won, 47- 41, as Sean O'Connell led the scoring with 11 points, followed by Titus Stewart with 10 points and Wayde Neblett with 7 points. Tristan Nevirs and Anthony Laporta each had 6 points. Keon Delacruz had 4 points; Dennis Nee added two points and Bryan Brennan chipped in with a foul shot, key rebounding and hustle. It was an all-around team effort in both wins.
