The Far Rockaway Lady Seahorses won their sixth consecutive game by defeating Hillcrest, 48-33, on the road on January 29. Quenise Holland led the Seahorses with 16 points and Shawndia Pannell added 13 points. With an 11-4 record, Far Rockaway is currently in third place in the PSAL Queens B1 Division. More ... Smith is urging his constituents to take advantage of the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC). For those who qualify, the EITC is a special federal tax benefit that was created to assist low and moderate-income workers.
