2007-2008 Bookstore Business Plan

Beach Channel High School students attended the Virtual Enterprise, International Tenth Annual Queens Business Plan Competition, at Forest Hills High School on Monday, December 17. The students, who also operate and supervise the Beach Channel (BC) Bookstore, presented the 2007- 2008 business plan to a panel of judges at the competition. Students presented the statement of purpose, mission statement and business objectives of the BC Bookstore. They also discussed the marketing plan, financial records, history and current status, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.

The students were accompanied to the event by the coordinator of Virtual Enterprise, Frances Shackelford. The BC Bookstore is under the business department at Beach Channel High School.
