for larger version       Jamal Jesus Hayes Jamal Hayes, a Rockaway resident, died December 15. Hayes was preceded in death by his brother, Jaheem Jerome Shabazz. He is survived by his mother, Latasha McRae; father, Jamel Jesus Hayes Sr.; brother; two sisters; uncle, Jerry McRae Jr.; three aunts; four uncles; grandmothers, Cynthia McRae and Lillian Hayes; great- aunts and - uncles, cousins and other family.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Jeremiah C. Gaffney's Funeral Home. Services and visitations were held at Gaffney's Friendship Chapel. Internment was at Pinelawn Babyland Cemetery in Pinelawn, New York.
