      Dear Editor, My six-year-old nephew, Raysean Garcia, is being targeted by the teachers at PS 106. Surely, he has problems, but it's very unfair for the teachers to always place blame on him. Teachers are talking about him, saying, "Watch out for him because he likes to bite and spit.
