St.Camillus 7th Grade Battle Hard In Tough Loss

The St Camillus Seventh Grade CYO boys' basketball team faced St Mary Gate of Heaven at home on December 15. St. Mary had defeated St. Camillus by 15 points earlier in the season.

St. Camillus played a great game but they lost by a bucket at the end of the game. A followup shot by Sean O'Connell with seconds left could have tied the game, but it was not to be, as St. Mary's won 41-39.

The boys should be proud of their efforts this week. The team is getting better each game.

St. Camillus was led by Wayde Neblett, who had 14 points. Titus Stewart had 11 points and Sean O'Connell chipped in, with 7 points, to lead the offensive attack.

Trystan Nevirs, Anthony Laporta, Will Knight, Brian Brennan, Keon Delacruz, Dennis Nee, James Carricato, Nick Ultsh and Chris Reid also contributed for St. Camillus.
