Langton, born in Brooklyn, served in the U.S. Air Force from 1951 and 1955. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward L. and Laurette Caton Langton; and brother, Vincent Langton. Langton is survived by his sister, Patricia Devine and nephew, Finbar Devine.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Denis S. O'Connor Funeral Home. Internment was at St. John's Cemetery in Middle Village, New York.
