for larger version       Former Beach Channel Star Robertson Nets Milestones Senior swingman Arthur Robertson, the Far Rockaway native who starred igh School, was named Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) men's basketball honorable mention on Monday, December 3. Robertson also recently became the latest member of the 1,000-point club at Post University on November 20 The Beach Channel grad led the Post University Eagles, in their 76-60 win, over Nyack College, in the first CACC contest of the season on December 1. He connected on 8-of-14 shooting in the contest, while knocking down four three-pointers, finishing the game 4- of-5 from beyond the arc.
Post University is a Division II basketball program located in Waterbury, Connecticut. Robertson scored 17 of his 25 points in the second half, helping the Eagles come from behind to earn their first conference victory of the season. In addition, he also grabbed his 600th career rebound against the Warriors, controlling six caroms in the contest.
