Association Sets Sights On Improving Community

The Rockaway Beachside Neighborhood Association (RBNA) held its first open meeting on November 27 at PS 43. Les Paultre and Jackie Bosley formed the group, which represents residents of the area between Seagirt Boulevard and the boardwalk, from Beach 25 Street through Beach 29 Street. "RBNA will be a voice and resource for our neighbors," Bosley said. Pictured are Paultre and Donovan Richards, the district manager for Councilman James Sanders Jr., as they listen to the concerns of area residents. The next meeting is scheduled for December 17. Paultre and Bosley can be contacted at jmbme2@nyc.rr.com. Photo by Miriam Rosenberg
