Teams will compete for top honors at the historic theater located at 253 West 125 Street in Harlem. Rockaway's premier Double Dutch group represented in this tournament with other teams from Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Maryland, Virginia, Florida, Connecticut, California, Japan, Belgium and Denmark. The Pepper Steppers continued their run as the fastest team in the world. They finished first in the speed category for the 8th year in a row. They hold the record for completing 422 steps in a two-minute period. Title holders in the speed category for 12 of the 16 years, Stan Pepper Steppers have twice captured the advanced fusion title and the novice title.
