Luigi Benvin, an Inwood resident, died November 10. He was 65. Benvin, born in Crotatia, moved to the U.S. as a child. He was the Proprietor of L.B. Kitchen Equipment. The company installs and services kitchen equipment in numerous restaurants and country clubs throughout the area. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Ezio and John. Benvin is survived by his wife, Lois; children, John (Martha), Luigi (Stacy), Andrea (Matt) and Eric; grandchildren, Keeley, Shane, Kamryn Tyler and Sophia; brothers, Nick, Bob, and Lucky; sisters, Maria Dessanti, Sister Giovanna Osj, Attilia Petrini and Teresa Zorovich. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Meserole Funeral Home Inc. A Funeral Mass was held at St. Joachim Church. Interment was at St. Mary Star of the Sea Cemetery, in North Lawrence, New York. | |||||
