Sanders to Host Foreclosure Seminars

Councilman James Sanders Jr. will host two Foreclosure Seminars in the month of December, 2007. An estimated 2 million adjustable rate mortgages are scheduled to reset by the end of 2008, going from a low introductory rate to a higher rate. Councilman Sanders will host the first seminar on December 6 at 7 p.m. at Goldie Maple Academy, located at 365 Beach 56 Street in Arverne. The second seminar will take place on December 12 at 7 p.m. at P.S. 156, located at 229-02 137 Avenue in Laurelton. For further information, contact 718-527-4356.
