The Federation Employment and Guidance (F.E.G.S.) Programs Beacon at PS/MS 43 hosted a Far Rockaway Health Fair last weekend that gave residents a chance to have their glucose, blood pressure and cholesterol levels tested and have various organizations answer health-related questions.
Among the organizations involved were the American Red
Cross, St. John's Episcopal Hospital, the New York City Department of Health and
Vitamin Water.
