She was 51. Skrine, a homemaker, was born on March 29, 1956 in Brooklyn. She was preceded in death her father, Bennie Skrine; sister, Janette; brother, Anthony; and grandmother, Martha Jamison. Skrine is survived by her husband George Ferrell; sons, Kevin and Jamal Skrine, and Armel Houston; mother, Wilhelmina Jamison; aunts, Mary Jamison, Mary Fields, Martha Daniels; daughter-in-law, Tameeka Skrine; eight grandchildren; godmother, Isabell; god-father, William Paige; family and friends.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Jeremiah C. Gaffney's Funeral Home. Visitation and services were held at Gaffney's Friendship Chapel. Interment was at Mount Hope Cemetery in Dorchester, Massachusetts.
