The book focuses on 14 women - Mc- Greary being among them - who have made it in the industry, maintained custom-designed success models, raised families, overcome obstacles and reached personal goals, The book profiles McGreary's successes, including: all-time leading female representative in the history of the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network (where she began her career in 1985); listed in who's who of professionals; and qualifier for top 1 percent in her industry. The book also provides readers with an inside look at what she and other featured woman encountered in their rise to the top and how they overcame these obstacles.
Her success is in part due to becoming a master of her language and her ability to listen to her clients and follow-up strategies for their needs.
