for larger version       Penny Ann Gilliam Penny Ann Gilliam, a Rockaway Park resident for 43 years, died September 30. She was 50. Gilliam, a homemaker, was born in the Bronx. She was preceded in death by her father, James; mother, Gertrude; siblings, Jimmy, Cathy, and Linda; and daughter, Melissa. She is survived by her husband, Jesse; son, Anthony; daughters, Rose, Angela and Valerie; son-in-law, Steven; stepson, Jesse; and siblings, John, Roseann and Judy.
Funeral arrangements and Mass were entrusted to the Lawrence Funeral Chapel, in Lawrence. Inter-ment was at St. Charles Cemetery in Farmingdale.
