Phyllis Agatha Blake

Phyllis Agatha Blake, a Rockaway resident, died September 21. She was 75.

Blake, a financial account representative, was born in Clarendon, Jamaica, West Indies. She was a member of Agape Church of God, where she taught Sunday school and served as a member of the choir.

Blake is survived by her children, Jacqueline, Keith, Homer and Clinton (Jr.); son-in-law, Alton; daughter-inlaw, Jan; grandchildren, Tiffany, Simone, Cinque, Zora, Stephanie, Jamal, Sophia and Dominique; siblings, Ena, Dulcie, Ruby, Barry and Perline; sisters-in-law, Pauline, Millicent, Miriam and Violet; brothers-inlaw, Hugh and Gayle; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Jeremiah C. Gaffney's Funeral Home. Visitation and service were held at Agape Church of God, in Springfield Gardens. Interment was at Nassau Knolls Cemetery in Port Washington.
