RDRC Hosts Annual Job Fair
The Rockaway Development & Revitalization Corporation (RDRC) recently hosted its Annual Job Fair at Full Gospel Tabernacle Church, located at 361 Beach 42 Street in Edgemere. The event featured more than fifteen companies, including JPMorgan Chase, PSCH, WellCare, Better Home Health Care, Hunter Ambulette-Ambulance, Council on Airport Opportunities and National Grid/ Keyspan Energy. More than 100 persons, many of whom were interviewed onsite, attended the event. Kevin Alexander, RDRC Executive Director, commented, "I am proud of the fact that RDRC has maintained its focus to identify companies that have a proven track record of hiring from this community."
