Joseph Kilbride, a Rockaway resident for 29 years, died September 24.

Kilbride was born in Brooklyn. He retired from the 61st Precinct in 1982, where was a patrolman (shield # 104671).

Kilbride is survived his brother, William (Patricia); nieces, Tracy McCullough, Erin Kilbride, Meagan Goodwin; and grandniece, Grace McCulloch.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Denis S. O'Connor Funeral Home. A service was held at St. Thomas More Church. Interment was at St. John's Cemetery in Middle Village, Queens.
