City Stops Work On New Rite-Aid Pharmacy

      Work has been halted on the new Rite-Aid Pharmacy facility at Beach 108 Street and Rockaway Beach Boulevard because inspectors found that undersized steel girders had been used for the building's skeleton, a spokesperson for the Department of Buildings has said.
