Local Receives Dean's List Honors
Mary Caitlyn Cunneen, daughter of Alison and the late John Cunneen of Belle Harbor, has once again made the dean's list at St. John's University College of Professional Studies, where she is a senior. Cunneen plans to graduate in May 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Management and a minor in Business. Recently, Cunneen was an intern at Hofstra University's Tom Pecora Basketball Camp. Presently, she is working as an intern at the office of Major League Baseball in Manhattan. Cunneen, who is known as "MC," had a very busy summer playing for the Breezy Point Blarney softball team as well as the Pier 92 Piranhas with the Rockaway Beach Volleyball League. She is also a bagpiper in the Breezy Point Catholic Club Pipe and Drum Band.
