Mary B. DiPalma, a lifelong Rockaway resident, died September 1.

DiPalma was born in Rockaway Beach. She served as a member of the Frank Avenue Civic Association and St Gertrude's Altar Rosary Society and Choir.

DiPalma is survived by her daughters, Lorraine Warren and June Di- Palma; grandchildren, Philip, Robert and Barbara Warren; great-grandchildren, Christina, Brittny, Jared, Kaitlin and Nickolas Warren.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Denis S. O'Connor Funeral Home, where visitation was held. A Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Mary Star of the Sea Church, with visitation at Denis S. O'Connor Funeral Home. Interment was at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
