Health Service Open House

Beth Abraham's Adult Day Health Care Program of Far Rockaway invites you to attend their open house on September 18, 2007. The event will be held at 1821 Cornaga Avenue in Far Rockaway, from 10 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Participants can learn about the Diabetes Management Program, Nursing, Rehab and other available services.
