for larger version       Ads have a Patent Pending. Click Here for More Information Shaun Emmett Doherty Shaun Emmett Doherty, a Florida resident who was born in Rockaway, died August 15. He was 60. Doherty was born in Rockaway Beach on June 19, 1947. He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Doherty lived in the northeast before moving to Florida. He was a member of volunteer fire companies in Cape May, New Jersey and Mount Sinai, Long Island. He was an electrician by trade. Doherty is survived by his wife, Joan Doherty of Ft. Meyers, Florida; children, Shaun, Kevin and Tricia Doherty, all of Ft. Meyers; brother, Eddie Doherty of Littleton, Colorado; and sister, JoAnn Gillespie of Rumson, New Jersey.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Kiser Funeral Home in Ft. Meyers.
