Local Busted For Graffiti On City Fence
Caught By Cops Red-handed, With Spray Can In Hand
 | | Police say that Ricardo Rodriquez, 34, of 628 Grassmere Terrace in Bayswater was more than slightly inebriated when Police Officer Edward Moore from the 101 Precinct saw him spray painting "HHG" on a public fence in front of 21-07 Cornaga Avenue on August 19. Rodriquez was arrested with the spray can still in his hand. Court records say that he was arraigned the next day, charged with making graffiti and possession of graffiti instruments. A spokesperson for Queens District Attorney Richard Brown said that Rodriquez was released on his own recognizance for his next hearing, which was set for October 2. |
